Day 11(3 Dec)- HOME!

Today we didnt have much time. We had to reach the airport at around 1pm, flight at 325pm. woke up at 10am, after packing up and getting ready, we only had some time to drive around christ church city centre, didnt had chance to get down and shop. That’s quite sad for me cuz i wanted to shop ):

I only managed to take a few shots of christ church city in the van. we were in a hurry ): I realised we nv go much of the city places..

After that we went back to adventure motor homes and returned the van. It’s the last time we had the campervan ): GOODBYE to campervan!



At the airport i saw the new zealand airline signpost which says tiny singapore is 8406km away! haha.



YOU KNOW WHAT? We were almost late for our flight. IN FACT, WE WERE THE VERY LAST PASSENGERS. my goodness. lol. The lady in charge was so fierce. She told us to run quickly to the gate and even ignored our apology and said “there is no need to apologise, no excuses for being late” Luckily we caught the plane if not we’ll have an extra holiday in NZ. lol.thank god.

So irritating. We always get the lao ya seats, no window seats. On the way here no window seats, now on the way back also no window seats. Somemore the guy who helped us check in our luggages told us he gave us window seats. liar liar pants on fire!!!!

HOME SWEET HOME- although it's not really that sweet to be home but no matter what it's always good to be home as all of us are either starting to get sick/already sick


and that concludes my nz adventure. an unforgettable one.[:

Day 10(2 Dec)

Enjoyed ourselves with the Mt Cook and glentanner park(near mt cook) scenery. Actually had the thought of taking helicopter ride again up to Mt Cook, but did not due to weather constraints

actually we are not supposed to clean our vehicles there =/ anyway nobody seen us doing it so it's ok LOL



there is this bungy jumping thing(dunno why is it there in the first place) so we took turns to try jumping like nobody’s business! HAHA. Dont u think it’s awesome? jumping on the bungy jumping thing and admiring the mountains at the same time while u jump.

Moving on to lake takepo, which is our very last stop before returning to christ church. sad huh ): so fast last stop alr. The lake is beautiful, with really blue waters. We sat down to have a bite of ham and cheese sandwiches, and u know what? the breeze was so strong that it blew our bread n piece of ham away! no!





Then a long drive back to christ church.did i mention? everytime we drive on the roads, i see squashed animals,some with intestines visible. eww. Not 1 or 2, but it’s like uncountable. lol. I see squashed squirrels, rabbits and our van actually ran over some dead corpses… not to disgust you, but yes.

Reached Christ church at evening time. We unpacked all our stuffs from the campervan as we needed to return the van next day. I cooked dinner! Actually wanted to go to christ church town centre to shop but it was quite late alr so we didnt

once again stayed at Amber park and packed our things ready to catch the flight back next day!

LAST DAY OF THE YEAR. GOODBYE 2008 !!!! seems like each year's getting worse, more and more tragedies(natural disasters/terrorist attack)

anyway shall continue the last few days of my nz posts before the year ends!

Day 9 in NZ (1 Dec)

On the drive back to Christ Church from Queenstown,we went to mt cook (new zealand tallest mountain).

went to glentanner park to camp, asked for powered site again and slept in our van. This time we prepared our own dinner in the kitchen to clear up all our groceries we bought earlier on lol. Many other times we just ate at restaurants. The food we bought are all ready-to-cook, so it was just easy cooking.



I guess thats the end of day 9. Journey took quite alot of time so we didnt do anything much

whew time flies!!! I'm back !!everything's back to normal again!! *sighs holidays are coming to an end*

was away in malaysia since wed. why does everything seem to go faster and faster ah? lol. really too fast alr.. i feel like im getting older and older! *shakes head*

anyway Alpha camp was an enjoyable one i guess. During the sharing session i wasnt able to speak all my thoughts out(probably nervous), but i want to say it's my first time joining the camp and i get to know some people in church better and get closer to God. I think the prayer walk was excellent, can see that alot of effort has been put into it. It really enabled us to think thoroughly abt ur relationship with God and what God has done for you and the whole atmosphere really kept us away from all distractions that will distract us from being with God. Although i'm not very close with many people in church, but through this camp i get to know some people better, especially my group members. "it's great knowing you all!" Really hope i can make more good friends in church.

I think my english is really deteriorating! i cant express myself properly! argh. pardon me for my broken english.

And spent my christmas in msia. Boring. stone and watch tv most of the time. at 二姨's house sometimes channel U cant watch due to poor signals so there goes my shows. and then my grandpa's house is getting worse everytime we go back. a house that humans cannot live in anymore. and then went batu visit alot of relatives and shop and buy cheap stuffs buy until no $$$ liao and eat alot of junk food like fried bananas cuttlefish ice cream satay and fall sick but now surprisingly ok liao and visit my relative's fruit garden mango pineapple dragonfruit etc etc etc

Day 8 (30 nov) - milford sound cruise day!

our cruise is at 9am, but we hv to reach there at 830.

Gan ma woke up at 630am panicking, thinking that it’s 730am already and seen her panicking I also jumped out of bed. lol. After checking my hp, just realised it’s only 630am and we all went “phew!”. lol.

The cruise ride was around 2 hours and includes breakfast. we seemed to enjoy the food more than the scenery haha!

Isn’t it awesome ? (: The water is not a lake but a fuod(dunno how to spell) which means lake surrounded by mountains that is connected to the sea.

We saw seals from the ship! and wow there’s even people kayaking too lol.



The ship suddenly went unstable at a point. Insane bobbing up and down of the ship made us lose our balance. Gan ma and I both almost fall down despite holding on to the railings. It was insanely shaking!

After that we came to a grand waterfall! most grand one in milford i guess.

After the cruise which is around noon, we headed back to queenstown via te anau.Passed by a patch of land with many many flowers(walter street) and stream. It was so irresistable that we decided to stop the van and admire the scenery. haha.

Doesnt seem very appetizing i think? lol.. but is one of the cheapest meals we've eaten in nz

Then headed back to queenstown. camped in the van again at queenstown holiday park.
